Recruitment Process




Stage I

Application

  • Our current vacancies are advertised on the main recruitment portals e.g. Pracuj.pl as well as on our website.
  • Prepare a professional CV and apply!
  • Send your application to: recruitment@trinitycs.com (in one file, either word document or pdf).
  • If your experience and competencies match our requirements, we will contact you to arrange the interview.
  • If we currently do not have any vacancies that match your profile, we will save your CV in Trinity Talent Pool for future reference.

Stage II

Job interviews

  • An initial interview is usually held by with a member of our HR Team. If the position is in other city than Warsaw, interview may be held by direct manager.
  • The aim of the interview is to get to know you better. You will be asked about your education, prior experience, professional and career plans, etc.
  • The interview is also for you. During the meeting we encourage applicants to ask questions about Trinity and the position available. Before visiting us please take some time to think on what information would like to get from us.
  • We do conduct a brief test for applicants for our accounting team. It is a simple check on knowledge and qualifications.
  • A second interview with your potential direct manager is your chance to get to know the team you would be working in, how Trinity works, and what your specific role will require from you.

Stage III

Feedback

  • We value people and their time. We always give the feedback when the recruitment process comes to the end!
  • If we decide to employ you, we will contact you with a job offer and terms of employment
  • And will welcome you on board!
